Anna af Forselles | 1863-1942

Anna Charlotta Elisabet af Forselles, born 21 November 1863 at Villikala in Elimä parish, died 5 March 1942, was a Finnish painter and teacher. Dog (Koira), 1899. She was the daughter of Colonel Fredrik af Forselles and Adolfina Emilia Kellander and from 1897 married to the attorney-fiscal at the Turku Court of Appeal Gustaf Arvid Schybergson. Anna af Forselles worked as a teacher at the Finnish Art Association's drawing school in Turku. Her art mainly consists of animal paintings and she is represented with the painting Sheep in summer heat at the Turku Art Museum.
