Halvar Sven Otto Frisendahl | 1889-1953
Halvar was the son of contract provost Victor Bernhard Frisendahl and Lydia Wilhelmina Lindahl and from 1921 married to Anna Hedvig Gröndahl (1886–1974). He was the brother of Carl and Fredrik Frisendahl and the father of Cecilia Frisendahl .
Frisendahl studied at the Art Academy in Stockholm 1911–1914 and then stayed in Paris studying at the Académie Colarossi . He went on a study trip to Italy in 1918 and then returned to Paris. His art mainly consists of small sculptures depicting animals, portraits and burials.
Frisendahl is represented at the Museum of Modern Art in Stockholm and at the National Museum with a girl's head in bronze, court singer Marianne Mörner
